Credit purchases are tied to the exact pack bought. Spent credits and unlocked posts are final.

Purchase Rules

  • Used credits cannot be refunded.
  • Unlocked posts are final and cannot be refunded.
  • A credit pack can only be refunded in full.
  • Your current balance must cover the full pack being refunded.
  • Refunds are based on the original pack price and discount.

Refund Examples

Eligible

If you buy 100 credits and later still have at least 100 credits available, that full 100-credit purchase can be refunded.

Not eligible

If you buy 100 credits, spend 150, and only have 50 left, that 100-credit purchase cannot be refunded.
